Key2IP Partner Program Overview Print E-mail

We will get involved at any point in the sales process – from beginning to end. This includes pre-qualifications, demos, conference calls, presentations, proposals. We are here to help you get the deal. Key2IP has a total of 3 Partner levels, designed to meet the needs of nearly any business.

Key2IP Referring Agents:

Entry level Key2IP Referring Agents combine their product and technical knowledge; marketing, sales and customer focus with Key2IP nationwide IP network coverage and hosted applications to deliver quality solutions to the SMB/E market. They have business capabilities that have met Key2IP qualification standards essential to the successful sale of hosted IP PBX, IP Trunking and related services. Key2IP has established a Referring Agent Migration (RAM) program for its hosted IP communications solutions. Referring Agents can apply the proceeds from their sales, as Referring Agents, to their personal RAM Fund to finance the Partner Registration/Training Fee, thus allowing their “Ramp Up Period” to pay for the migration to a Wholesale Partner. Contracts signed under a Referring Agent will be in effect for the duration of the contract. At the end of the contract the client will be allowed to be moved to the Wholesale Partner, under a new contract.

Key2IP Wholesale Partners:

Wholesale Partners have demonstrated their commitment to their hosted services business and have proven their ability to sell, provision and support hosted IP PBX, IP Trunking and related services to their customers. Wholesale Partner authorization is at the discretion of Key2IP, with a predetermined minimum monthly recurring revenue level for hosted services. Wholesale Partners will receive MRR (Monthly Re-Occurring Revenue) checks, with the billing being performed by Key2IP, directly to the client.

Key2IP White Label Partners:

Key2IP White Label Partners are appointed by Key2IP based on a number of requirements and commitments. Our White Label Partners have demonstrated the highest level of commitment to expand and grow their hosted services business. They have also demonstrated their ability to successfully sell and support all hosted services products, including hosted IP PBX, IP Trunking, hosted Contact Center products, and other related services and have a predetermined minimum monthly recurring revenue level for hosted services. White Label Partners will be wholesale billed, directly from Key2IP, and are responsible for billing their clients, using their own resources. It is up to the White Label Partner’s discretion to use/utilize Key2IP Logos or branded materials.
